Stingers are cool, but I wouldn’t take one over a Mustang. Plus, rear visibility in the Stinger is a dealbreaker for me, but my Mustang is a convertible, so I have options
Never got the appeal of the Stinger. If you want a turbo hatchback, get an S5 SB or a 440i GC. The Stinger’s just an odd pick to me.

Personally, I’d go for a manual G70 2.0t… more upscale.
@Joss
Not quite the same in terms of power, but good choice.

I think it has more power than the S5, actually.
@Kiran
Barely, but sure. I’m all about the BMWs—440i or 340i all day.

One day, I WILL have an M4 Competition. Until then, the 5.0 will do just fine.

Regret not getting another 5.0 myself. Driving a 440i now but got my eye on the M3 Comp.
@Reilly
How’s the 440i? I’m torn between getting a V8 Mustang or staying in the BMW family.

I’m in an F32 440i (previous gen) and it’s quick, especially tuned. But the 5.0 just has a different vibe, more badass. If I had to pick again, I’d probably go with the 5.0, but I’m still modding the 440i to see where it goes.
Glad you realized how off that swap was! The Stinger GT2 isn’t terrible, but it’s not a V8 Mustang. I love my GT Premium.

Loved the interior but just couldn’t get over missing the sound and feel of a V8.
@Kiran
The Coyote just keeps pulling! And no turbo maintenance to worry about either.
Hahaha, nice one!
So you bought a car aimed at convincing middle-aged dads it’s a sports car and thought you’d love it?

I actually do like Stingers! Just wasn’t for me.

I’m not a Kia fan, but let’s be real—it’s a GT car, not a sports car.
@Dana
Like the Mustang GT you traded in?
One’s refined with features; the other’s raw power.
