No cooling mods yet. It was about 5°C during the event, so the car stayed cool and consistent. On hotter days, I do notice some timing gets pulled, but there’s still plenty of power. I haven’t logged IATs, though.
I’m not a huge fan of the 197 body style, but your pics in motion make it look so much better. Why is that? Pic 1 and 2 look awesome, but pic 3… not so much. Do certain cars just look better moving?

I know what you mean. Some cars and even performance boats look way better in motion than parked. It’s a funny thing for enthusiasts.

What’s wrong with the S197s? I love mine.

I think it’s just personal taste. I prefer aggressive front ends like the SN95 facelift or S550 over the more square look of the 05s. I love all Mustangs, though—anything someone clearly puts time into deserves respect. Your car looks awesome!

I feel the same, but the 2013 facelift S197s look amazing. Not a fan of the pre-2011 models.
