My 2014 GT500 rides rough, it’s loud, has too much power, and a clutch… and it’s absolutely perfect. I rarely use the stock sound system since I’ve got the headers to provide all the music.

And maybe the ‘70, too—the slots next to the headlights were a great touch.
Great question! I think the S197 really defined the look of a classic Mustang in the modern era. It became an iconic muscle car again with that design. But honestly, the Shelby versions of the S550 take it to another level. There’s just something about the S550 Shelby models that makes them stand out even in a crowded field of muscle cars. Just my opinion though, curious to hear everyone else’s thoughts!
This is a tough one. I loved my S197 13/14, but I was getting tired of some of its quirks. If I could have guaranteed reliability, I’d pick a 2019-2020 GT350. But if not, I’d go with a 2014 GT500 in Ruby Red or Deep Impact Blue. Maybe I just need to win the lottery so I can get them all
S197, no question needed.
Probably an S550, but I’m tempted by the Terminator.
SN95 Saleen S281 or New Edge Terminator Cobra. The modern Mustangs just feel too common now.
If I could, I’d make a ‘67 Fastback restomod my daily.
New Edge GT. Just as long as I can shift my own gears, I’ll be happy.
S197 3V/GT500. My first car was an S197, and everything since just hasn’t felt the same. The raw feel is unmatched for me.
