I can’t figure out how to use the steering wheel buttons to change SiriusXM channels. Pressing next/previous only cycles through the presets (like FM channels) from the tile screen. Any help? Google isn’t helping today. 
I don’t think it’s possible to directly change SiriusXM channels with the steering buttons. It just cycles through all your presets, regardless of whether they’re FM, AM, or SXM. You could try voice commands like, “Tune to channel 2” or “Tune to Hits One.”
Try saying, “Ok, Ford,” followed by “Tune BPM” or the name of the channel you want. Works pretty well for me!

No, I only listen to SiriusXM, and it’s frustrating not having an easy way to switch channels without presets.

Got it. I had a similar issue—it took me forever to remove FM channels from the screen and steering wheel controls. Glad I finally sorted it for my wife’s car!
Sounds like a glitch. Try resetting your system by holding down the volume down and next buttons on the steering wheel until the screen goes black. After the reset, the buttons should work through all your presets, including SiriusXM.
