Looking for recommendations on tires for a high-ish HP setup. Running 275/40R20.
Hard to beat Michelin PS4s for a street setup. If you’re looking for drag tires, Mickey Thompsons are the way to go.

I’m more into spirited driving, not really planning on taking it to the strip.
@Elliott
Then Michelins all the way.
@Elliott
I put Michelin Pilot Sport 4s on my S550 GT and they’re awesome.

Got PS4s on my Malibu and they’ve been great lol.

This physically pains me.

Agreed on both options. Can’t go wrong.
PS4S all day.
Just got PS4s—315s rear, 305s front. I was running 255s front and 275s rear before. Can’t wait to see how the bigger tires feel.
Mickey Thompson Streets, no question.
Pilot Sport 4S, easy choice.
PS4s are the only way to go.
I run PS4 all-seasons. Used to have ExtremeContact all-seasons and liked both.

Why the switch? Just got ECs for my S550 and they seem solid, plus way cheaper.
PS4s or all-seasons depending on your needs. Also, the PS5s are coming soon if you’re willing to wait and don’t mind paying extra. Super Sports are solid too.
If traction is a problem, go for 15” or 17” rims.
After I swapped my motor and added a Whipple, I was spinning at 90MPH on Mickey Thompson drag radials. Even with 17s, it was still bad. Switched to 15” Hoosiers and upgraded the suspension—problem solved.
@Arthur
Same here—was spinning like crazy on 17” Mickey Thompsons. Did some suspension work, kept the same tires, and it made a huge difference.
PS4S for sure. Worth every penny.
This might get buried, but the Continental ExtremeContact Sport is a great alternative to the PS4S. About 90% of the performance at 75% of the cost.
